Reservation Change and cancellation policy

If You change your booking, including the name and surname of the guest, date of arrival or departure, the invoice amount for the ordered service, change of room type or class of the hotel, the change in the list of services etc. Pobeda Travel will keep with You the amount specified below. Service Reservations can only be cancelled by email or written notice sent by certi}fied mail to Pobeda Travel. If written notice is received prior to the date of arrival / commencement of travel, Pobeda Travel accepts cancellations under these terms and conditions.  In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee is non-refundable.
